"It has been a good day after all. The cobbled sectors were really hard, but I was feeling good. Maybe it looked easy on TV, but be sure it has not been easy at all. The key moment has been when I held Stuyven’s wheel going into the finish. We worked well together, although at some points I was struggling to not get dropped. Fortunately, I’ve stayed with him and that has allowed be to end the stage with a good result. I can be happy."
