Digital Reporters: Three “bibs” to win for the 2017 Tour

Beginning today, students between the ages of 18 to 25 from around the world are eligible to win a place in the Digital Reporters’ car. Candidate applications, including a short article and video, will be accepted through May 9. Procedure details are posted on line on the letour.fr
