1993: Revenge for Abdoujaparov

The team now registered in Dubai has embarked on the adventure of the Tour de France by taking over the structure and heritage of Lampre, founded by Giuseppe Saronni in 1990. On completion of an untroubled sprint this time, Abdoujaparov also conquered the second of the three Green Jerseys that he obtained during his career.
